Sweepstakes Period: The "2024 CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY" (“Sweepstakes”), sponsored by Virtus Media Group LLC (“Sponsor”), begins on 12/12/2024 at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time and ends on 12/20/2024 at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device of the Sweepstakes.

Eligibility: Entry into the Sweepstakes is open only to permanent legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who are 18 years or older* at the time of entry and have an active email account during the Sweepstakes Period (“Entrant”). (*Exceptions: residents of Alaska and Rhode Island are not eligible. In Alabama and Nebraska, Entrants must be 19 years or older. In Mississippi, Entrants must be 21 years or older.) Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence, and any person living in such a person’s household, whether related or not) are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter Sweepstakes:

a. For a chance to win, visit https://pbalerts.com/ and claim your ticket during the Sweepstakes Period. No more than one entry per Entrant per email address is allowed during the Sweepstakes Period.

b. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant voluntarily agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the United States, the individual 50 states, and Washington, D.C. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Prize Drawing:

a. Two winners will be selected through random drawing:

- One winner from the pool of lifetime members.

- One winner from the pool of non-lifetime members.

b. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor within 72 hours after the Sweepstakes Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Lifetime Member Prize: One (1) PHILIPS 34E1C5600HE 34" UltraWide QHD 21:9 Monitor with Built-in Windows Hello Webcam & Noise Canceling Mic, USB-C Docking, Stereo Speakers, 100Hz, 4-Year Advance Replacement (“Monitor”). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $319.99.

Non-Lifetime Member Prize: Twelve (12) months of StocksBuddy access. ARV: $1,199.88.

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,519.87.

Prizes are awarded “as is” and are not redeemable for cash. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, or local taxes on the prizes.

Winning Entrant’s Notification:

Sponsor will notify potential winners via the email address provided within five (5) business days after the drawing. Sponsor will also notify winners on the Market Mastery YouTube livestream on Monday, December 23, 2024 between 5PM EST and 6PM EST.

Potential winners must respond to Sponsor’s notification email and complete all required documentation, including verification of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (where permitted by law) if requested, within five (5) business days. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Consent to Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, and state of residence in all forms of media worldwide, without further compensation or notice.

Liability Release: By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible.

Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions of telecommunication systems, computer equipment, or software.

Any other errors or issues beyond the Sponsor’s control.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without resort to class action in the appropriate federal or state court located in the State of Indiana.
